Our client is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and provide expert support to their expanding client base across multiple industries. This is a key opportunity for a proactive professional who excels at driving compliance, embedding best practice, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and strengthening a safety-first culture across every area of the business.

The Role
  • Take overall responsibility for the operational running of the consultancy, reporting directly to the company directors.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of consultants and support staff.
  • Oversee the delivery of health and safety consultancy services to a wide range of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, guidance, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, contributing to business growth opportunities.
About You
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) is essential; Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in health and safety management, ideally within consultancy or multi-sector environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
