Are you an experienced senior leader looking for a challenging and rewarding role as Head Teacher of one of our largest Primary Schools located in Lossiemouth, “the jewel of the Moray Firth”? Hythehill Primary School is seeking a Head Teacher to lead their school community, raising aspirations for all and ensuring each pupil shines their light brightly. Hythehill Primary School is a non-denominational primary school in the coastal town of Lossiemouth, serving the areas to the south and west of the town. The school serves a mixed catchment area, with approximately half of pupils from local families and almost half from Armed Forces family backgrounds. Hythehill Primary School forms part of the Lossiemouth Associated School Group alongside St Gerardine Primary School, Hopeman Primary School, Burghead Primary School and Lossiemouth High School.
To provide professional leadership and management of the school, ensuring the safety of all pupils and conducting the affairs of the school to the benefit of the pupils and the community it serves, through pursuing objectives and implementing policies set by the education authority under the overall direction of the Head of Education (Chief Education Officer).
Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) Working with Children is required for this post.
