As a Headteacher you will:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing.
  • Champion the school's ethos : Kind, Safe, Respectful and Hardworking, while promoting compassion, inclusion and equility.
  • Lead and develop a skill multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of coollaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation in curriculum design and therapeutic approaches tailored to ASC.
  • Ensure compliance with the Independent School Standards, SEND code of practice and Ofsted Regulations.
