A leading university in the UK is seeking a Head of User Experience and Engagement to ensure that the university community is informed and engaged in their digital future. The role focuses on making digital services intuitive and easy to work with, improving them through user feedback. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and a commitment to enhancing user experience across all digital platforms.
The University has ambitious plans and is in a period of exciting and rapid growth. Digital is central to this, and a brand new and far-reaching digital vision is being developed to support and enable this collective ambition.
The Head of User Experience and Engagement will be at the heart of this, ensuring that the university community are informed and engaged in their digital future and can make best use of existing and future digital tools and technologies.
