  • Develop and implement innovative TA strategies aligned with our organisational goals and diversity commitments.
  • Manage senior hires end-to-end, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with People Leadership to embed best-in-class recruitment practices.
  • Champion employer branding, creating engaging content to attract top talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement through technology, compliance, and process innovation.
What You’ll Bring
