An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a long-established, privately owned international organisation who are a trusted global distributor within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space and has experienced consistent growth both domestically and internationally. As part of its continued expansion, the business is now seeking a Head of Supply Chain to take full ownership of its end-to-end supply chain operations.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior leadership role with responsibility for procurement, warehousing, customer services, logistics, and import/export compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service across a global customer base.

Skills & Experience Needed
  • Experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Background within international distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or regulated industries
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Experience using ERP systems and supply chain software
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar (CIPS / APICS / CSCP desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
