Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert, strategic guidance to clients on optimising end-to-end supply chain, warehouse, and transport operations, acting as a trusted senior advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead in-depth assessments of supply chain networks, warehouse operations, and transport models to identify inefficiencies, risks, and value‑creation opportunities.
  • Own the design and delivery of complex warehouse and distribution solutions, including automation, mechanisation, and systems-led transformation programmes.
  • Conduct detailed site assessments to determine optimal layouts, technologies, material flows, and operating models aligned to future growth and scalability.
  • Develop and implement bespoke, data-driven solutions that align customer requirements with commercial, operational, and strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial consultation and concept design through to implementation, go‑live, and benefits realisation.
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external vendors and integrators to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Analyse supply chain data, network models, and performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilise advanced data analytics, simulation tools, and financial modelling to underpin solution design, investment cases, and sensitivity testing.
  • Lead the implementation of supply chain technologies, including WMS, TMS, automation, and digital platforms.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and digital innovation to enhance solution effectiveness, scalability, and future readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with technology and automation partners on system integrations, upgrades, and next-generation solutions.
  • Lead tender responses and commercial solution development, ensuring proposals are competitive, innovative, and financially robust.
  • Design and optimise transport operations and fleet strategies, balancing service, cost, and sustainability objectives.
  • Own P&L accountability for solution design activity, ensuring strong commercial governance and project performance.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on emerging supply chain trends, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives to strengthen internal technical expertise and solution maturity.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year supply chain transformation programmes, including network modelling, automation design, and procurement.
  • Demonstrated capability delivering European or multi-country solutions, including facility redesigns, consolidation studies, and end-of-life assessments.
  • Track record of authoring and leading high-value proposals and converting complex opportunities into delivery.
  • Experience rapidly progressing into senior leadership roles through exceptional stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and commercial impact.
