Head of Sales (Capital Equipment & Service)

Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Office located in Northwest (Hybrid - Ideally one day per week in the office)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required)

Salary: Competitive Salary (negotiable) + Bonus + Company Vehicle, Mobile & Laptop + Benefits (25 days holiday + bank holidays, 5% matched pension)

Our client is a rapidly expanding turnkey engineering company specialising in environmentally sustainable solutions. Their focus areas include industrial heat recovery, LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation), and air pollution control.

Due to continued growth across both the Capital and Service Divisions, we are on the search for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive the next stage of the company's development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded and commercially focused professional with experience in project and service-based sales, ideally within environmental, process, or technical engineering sectors.
