Overview

To help us deliver on our ambitions, we are seeking to appoint a Head of Repairs & Planned Services. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Property Services team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused repairs and planned maintenance services, including damp, mould, and condensation management. You will lead our in-house trades teams, drive service improvements, and ensure our homes are safe, well-maintained, and fit for the future.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Director of Property Services, present to Board as required and be part of our Group leadership team, working to deliver Ocean’s strategic priorities. This includes managing performance, budgets, compliance, and innovation across the service, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader with senior-level experience in property maintenance, who has led a DLO. You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering service transformation and leading high-performing teams. You’ll be a strong communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving positive change.
