Overview

Head of Property - Southern Division

This is a home based role with travel to sites across the South East, South West and Midlands (Birmingham and below).

The Head of Property has 5 direct reports and reports into the Directors and Regional Chairs. You will be over seeing c650 High Street retail stores.

This role is for an ambitious company who are looking to double their turnover in the next 4 years (they are 1 year into their 5 year plan).

The role will also progress into the Property Director role in the next 2 years so room for growth with a company who have a large portfolio.

We are keen to her from Head of Property, Head of Estates, Head of Acquisition etc and if you are a Property Director in your current role looking after 50+ stores you are encouraged to apply for this role.

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Facilitating the property transactions in relation to new stores, relocations and expansions to ensure that company targets are achieved
• Asset Management incl Lease renewals, rent reviews etc
• Managing the rent role (c£80mill)
• Leading and coaching members of the team
• Managing the team budget
• Health & Safety
• General estate Management
