Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Project Management to lead our delivery discipline and set the standard for how projects are run at Equator.

You’ll be the driving force behind our project management team, building capability, creating clarity, and ensuring our work lands on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This role isn’t just about process. It’s about leadership, quality, and impact. You will:

  • Lead and grow a talented team of project managers.
  • Shape how we deliver, embedding best practice and strong governance.
  • Build trusted client relationships and play an active role in winning work.
  • Partner with the leadership team to deliver strategic change.
  • Own departmental performance - commercial, operational, and cultural.
