A leading global organization based in London is seeking a Head of Procurement to build and lead a group-wide procurement function. The role focuses on unifying decentralized procurement and optimizing supplier relationships across various categories, particularly IT and marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in indirect procurement, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strategic mindset. Competitive compensation package with hybrid working.
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days in office/travel expected)
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Pension at 10% + PMI

The Head of Procurement opportunity
This is a newly created role offering the chance to build and lead a group-wide procurement function from the ground up. Historically, procurement has been decentralised, with pockets of spend managed independently across business units. This role will unify and professionalise procurement across all indirect categories, with a particular focus on IT (hardware/software), marketing, HR. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to shape strategy, implement best practices, and deliver tangible commercial value.
