A fast-growing luxury jewellery brand in central London is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership in DTC or omnichannel retail. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy and deliver measurable impact in a competitive and inspiring environment.
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 DOE

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead and scale the brand presence across every channel. Based at the London Head Office, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution - from seasonal campaigns and cultural activations to performance-driven advertising.
You will lead and grow a small marketing team, work closely with e-commerce and retail, and turn brand energy into measurable revenue growth. This role will suit someone who has built or transformed marketing functions in fast-moving retail - fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle - and knows how to combine creativity with commercial impact.
