About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic market engagement efforts, helping clients navigate complex, multi-geography relationships and unlock new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal brokers and external carrier partners to structure profitable deals, drive performance, and enhance underwriting strategies across key product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with insurers to support growth, underwriting strategy, and market positioning.
  • Manage and negotiate insurer agreements and remuneration structures.
  • Provide practical, "on-the-ground" insurance advisory support to global clients.
  • Connect clients with key market stakeholders to expand business reach and sharpen value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support portfolio growth, product density, and strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage performance metrics, KPIs, and financial data to inform decision-making and project outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:
