• Lead and develop manufacturing operations to deliver key performance targets and long‑term strategic objectives.
• Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance across production and repack teams.
• Introduce and refine processes, systems, and tools to reduce cost, mitigate risk, and enhance service delivery.
• Champion automation and technology‑driven initiatives to elevate quality and operational consistency.
• Provide strong leadership to production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective day‑to‑day operations.
