As part of United Media, we focus on building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors like insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. We have launched 8 media companies organically and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will evolve with the business but will mainly include:

• Building progressive learning and development programs for team members at all levels.
• Strategizing to achieve company goals by empowering employees with the right tools.
• Developing and implementing training plans based on identified needs.
• Creating development programs that enable the team to overdeliver and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Identifying synergies across business functions.
• Dreaming big and pursuing goals relentlessly.

What we expect from you

We seek ambitious, forward-thinking business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not mandatory, but a UK work permit is required. Candidates should be:

Start date
