Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience onboard cruise ships.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Establish and report operating costs and progress updates.
• Monitor status of ships through follow-up with engineers.
• Provide support in managing budgets and operational risks.
• Keep records of equipment failures and ensure timely resolutions.
• Perform ship rides to maintain high standards.
• Support dry-dock work organization and select suppliers.
• Liaise with departments for project alignment.
• Supervise Hotel Technical operational processes.

Skills

Good knowledge of INFOSHIP/Asset Management system

Fluent English, oral and written

MS Office tools knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work successfully as team leader

Strong ability to prioritize and work effectively under tight deadlines
