Head of Finance London

Reports to: CEO

Are you seeking a flexible opportunity, 2-3 days per week, where you can add value to an SME with a global purpose? Chilworth Partnership are exclusively supporting this organisation in the recruitment of a highly experienced Head of Finance, who will bring their finance function inhouse from an external provider.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead annual budget preparation and mid-year reforecasting.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly board‑level financial reports.
  • Prepare and oversee invoice processes for membership fees and services.
  • Proactively chase outstanding payments across international membership and sponsorship base.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and payment plans
  • System implementation and process improvement projects.
  • Liaise with external UK auditors for annual filings.
About you
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Strong blend of hands‑on financial control and strategic support within an SME environment.
  • International experience and knowledge of the hospitality / events industries are desirable.
