The successful candidate will manage maintenance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and contracts overseeing facilities management. The role requires strong experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and an ability to lead teams effectively. Qualifications

• Strong background in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, ideally within serviced offices, commercial properties, hotels, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple buildings, ensuring compliance and overseeing facilities contracts.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, power distribution, lighting, and plumbing systems.
