Were looking for a Head of Engineering and Development to lead the companys technical and design operations. This is a senior role where youll oversee everything from concept and design through to tooling and production, managing a skilled, multidisciplinary team and delivering high-precision products to customers in aerospace, defence, automotive, and industrial sectors.

The right candidate will have a strong manufacturing or engineering background, ideally with experience in composites or advanced materials, along with expertise in Design for Manufacture (DFM), CAD (SolidWorks), and tooling design. Chartered Engineer status (or working toward it) is preferred.
