Job description

Due to the continued growth and success of the Firm, we're looking for a dynamic Head of Conflicts to join our Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Directorate. You'll lead a talented team of over 30 lawyers and analysts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring robust compliance, effective risk management, and best-in-class client onboarding across our UK and international offices.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop the Conflicts team, overseeing all aspects of conflict searches, analysis, and resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on conflicts of interest, regulatory and commercial conflicts, and client confidentiality.
  • Implement and enhance policies, procedures, and training across the conflicts function.
  • Drive technology adoption (including AI) to streamline conflict identification and resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agile, client-focused onboarding solutions.
  • Oversee complex conflict referrals, acting as a senior decision‑maker on high‑level issues.
  • Support global audit processes and contribute to the leadership of the Firm’s Onboarding function.
