Salary: MPR / UPR (Fringe) 34298 to 52490 plus TLR 2A (3527)

Are you an experienced teacher looking for a new role?

We are looking for an inspirational Head of Business with initiative drive and determination to teach and contribute to our creative and evolving curriculum. This is an exciting time to be working with this department building on a strong foundation of good outcomes and a strong uptake of students each year. Our KS4 results this year saw another record breaking performance with 80% of all GCSEs at grade 4 or above seeing a 7% increase.

As a team who are always on the forefront of innovation in the classroom we are looking for an individual who can add to this already thriving team a teacher who builds excellent relationships with students and inspires them in their learning.

All teachers get an additional hour every fortnight of protected PPA totalling 6 hours for a full-time teacher. We have a culture of 1% improvements which means no hour-long lesson observations and no time wasted producing unnecessary paperwork. All staff love our 2 week October half term, have access to free gym use (with shower facilities) ample onsite parking and an up to date 2 in 1 laptop (tablet with pen and laptop all in one) a full Microsoft Office package and a vibrant and social staff body.
