Head Dental Nurse / Clinical Coordinator

Job Title: Head Nurse / Clinical Co-ordinator

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (minimum 2 days per week, additional hours available)

About the Role:

We are a welcoming, private dental practice, looking to recruit a dedicated and organised Head Nurse / Clinical Co-ordinator to join our friendly and experienced team.

This role is predominantly office-based and focused on the smooth running of the clinical side of the practice, including:

  • Reviewing and updating clinical policies
  • Overseeing and supporting the nursing team
  • Coordinating servicing and maintenance of equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and cross-infection control standards
  • Occasional chairside nursing to provide cover for holidays or sickness

You will work closely alongside the Practice Manager, supporting the team and ensuring excellent standards of patient care.
