This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our food offering from the ground up and play a key role in the next chapter of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality British/English dishes.
• Lead, train, and motivate a new kitchen team.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards are met.
• Work closely with management on menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organised, efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements
