We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Head Chef with the vision and drive to lead our busy kitchen. We are looking for someone who is a leader and will inspire their team to work together to create exceptional dining experiences using high-quality, local produce.

As Head Chef, you’ll manage all aspects of the kitchen, working closely with the General Manager and owners to ensure profitability while maintaining the highest standards. Calm under pressure, you’ll lead by example, motivating your team with your passion, professionalism, and experience. We want you to continue developing our brigade of like-minded individuals who care about what they serve and the environment in which they work.

Volume is key here; we are a busy operation with no time for someone wanting to watch from the sidelines. We are hands-on, from ownership to operations, and being a nice person matters. This is an independent operation, and you will work directly with the owners to grow the business. We aim to build a family, and we want you to be part of it!

Previous Head Chef level experience is essential, ideally within a similar style operation. We highly value enthusiasm, the right attitude (probably the number one criterion!), and a commitment to team development and progressing the business to the next level.
