Harvest Supervisor – Soft Fruit & Asparagus – Hampshire - Competitive Salary + Accommodation

The Job

We’re looking for a hands on Harvest Supervisor to support the smooth running of day to day operations during the busy picking season. You’ll be overseeing teams harvesting soft fruit and asparagus (including strawberries), ensuring quality and productivity are maintained throughout. You’ll manage a rotating shift pattern (no night work required), ensuring targets are met and that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

The Candidate

• Experience supervising harvest teams within horticulture or fresh produce
