South Lanarkshire Council is a progressive, leading-edge employer with an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Administration Assistant within Property Services.

We deliver an integrated Design, Contract and Project management service based on strong links between our Building Services, Projects Services and Assets & Estates sections. Interacting constructively with a variety of stakeholders and partners is an essential requirement of the post.

The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to Property Services Consultancy Services Management Team ensuring processes and tasks are carried out in accordance with pre-determined procedures and timescales to ensure effective service delivery.

Overall quality service provision and best value are key aspects of this role; your focus will be on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement on all programmes of work.

It is essential that you have a proven track record of working within a property/construction environment and you will display professionalism and demonstrate excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
