THE EMPLOYER IS: GALGORM HOTEL MANOR LTDThe Guest Dining Assistant will support the Food & Beverage team in delivering an excellent dining experience for guests across our restaurant, bar, and takeaway operations. Offering participants a valuable introduction to customer service and operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the set-up, clearing, and cleaning of dining and service areas.
  • Help ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Learn to interact professionally with guests and respond to basic requests.
  • Observe and support experienced staff with daily operational tasks.
  • Mentoring and guidance from experienced F&B team members.
