An AI workflow platform backed by a recent $75M Series A is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale the growth engine from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast‑growing enterprise AI product used by major financial institutions worldwide.
Full‑time, London / Hybrid / Remote

Responsibilities
  • Drive experimentation across paid channels (LinkedIn, search, retargeting, emerging platforms).
  • Build lifecycle journeys that increase activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Create email + in‑product messaging that boosts adoption of new workflows.
  • Partner with Product on usage and retention experiments.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing on campaigns and launches.
  • Analyze performance using HubSpot, GA, LinkedIn Analytics, and internal dashboards.
  • Convert early wins into repeatable, scalable growth playbooks.
