The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, proven skills in PPC, email, and social marketing, as well as a data-driven mindset. This is a full-time, fully remote position with quarterly meet-ups in Leeds, offering competitive compensation between £30k and £40k based on experience.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketer to drive demand & lead generation and pipeline growth through hands‑on execution across multiple channels. This role suits someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys autonomy as well as being part of a fun and driven team, and is excited to test, learn, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)

  • Own email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing journeys

  • Support content distribution across social and owned channels

  • Track and report on performance across the funnel

  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion

Example projects you could lead:

  • Leverage a packed CRM to overhaul engagement campaigns for better results

  • Create a retargeting advertising system that syncs across website, CRM & paid campaigns

  • Run website experiments to further improve on conversion rates

  • Engage more of the loyalty community to boost social following and reach

  • Grow our newsletter

Requirements
  • 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS or growth marketing
