A leading B2B SaaS platform seeks a motivated Growth Marketer to drive demand generation and pipeline growth through hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, proven skills in PPC, email, and social marketing, as well as a data-driven mindset. This is a full-time, fully remote position with quarterly meet-ups in Leeds, offering competitive compensation between £30k and £40k based on experience.

We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketer to drive demand & lead generation and pipeline growth through hands‑on execution across multiple channels. This role suits someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys autonomy as well as being part of a fun and driven team, and is excited to test, learn, and scale what works.
Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels
Manage and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
Own email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing journeys
Support content distribution across social and owned channels
Track and report on performance across the funnel
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Example projects you could lead:
Leverage a packed CRM to overhaul engagement campaigns for better results
Create a retargeting advertising system that syncs across website, CRM & paid campaigns
Run website experiments to further improve on conversion rates
Engage more of the loyalty community to boost social following and reach

3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS or growth marketing
Proven experience with PPC, email, and social campaigns that generate qualified leads
Data-driven mindset and comfort with testing and optimisation
Hands‑on experience growing B2B social channels
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
