Overview

You're an analytics professional eager to apply your skills to real-world business challenges. As a Growth Insights Analyst at Booksy, you'll play a crucial role in our Operations team, supporting the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and leadership by providing key insights and analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional with experience from a consulting or high-growth startup/scale-up environment who is passionate about business analytics and wants to build a foundation in Revenue Operations and GTM strategy.

You'll be more than just an analyst; you'll be a partner, helping leaders make data-driven decisions and directly contributing to the success of our go-to-market teams. You will take on daily analytical tasks, maintain dashboards, and answer critical business questions that drive our strategy. You'll get hands-on experience with sales and marketing data, providing insights that directly impact our growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights to GTM stakeholders (including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success) to help them address business challenges and questions
• Enable data-driven decisions by analyzing experiment results (A/B tests) and recommending next steps
• Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to support growth initiatives
• Track and report on GTM initiatives, proactively identifying and escalating bottlenecks
• Improve processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency gains

Requirements

• A strong analytical mindset and curiosity to solve problems and suggest improvements
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear documentation
• Strong knowledge of SQL, being able to run queries to answer business questions
• Experience with common analytics tools like PowerBI / Looker, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google BigQuery and familiarity with statistical analysis of A/B test results
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
