Overview

We are representing a fantastic financial advisory firm looking to hire a motivated and organised individual to join their growing employee benefits team in London.

This is a hybrid working opportunity with fantastic scope to develop your career within a leading financial advisory firm.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of advice to clients on workplace pensions (e.g. Teachers' Pension Scheme) and group risk benefits
  • Communicating benefit options clearly to employees and employers
  • Helping prepare presentations, proposals, and client reports and being comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Supporting with new business and onboarding processes
What uur client is looking for
  • You will have worked in a financial planning/ employee benefits consultancy
  • Knowledge of group pensions and group risk arrangements is essential
  • Strong communication skills - with confidence presenting to individuals and groups
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Progressing towards a financial planning qualification (e.g. QCF Level 4)
  • Experience in a professional or financial services environment is an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
