Group Reporting Manager

£75,000-£85,000 + benefits | UK (Fully remote) | Permanent

This Group Reporting Manager role offers a rare chance to take ownership of group reporting in a complex, international business, while working fully remote in the UK. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a central role in strengthening reporting, consolidation and technical accounting as the organisation continues to scale.

How you'll make an impact
  • Own the group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structure
  • Deliver accurate, timely group reporting and consolidated financial statements
  • Lead on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations
  • Act as the technical accounting lead on accounting standards and complex judgements
  • Partner with external auditors to manage audits and technical positions
  • Support statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
  • Contribute to covenant reporting and compliance within a PE-backed environment
  • Strengthen group-level financial control, documentation and reporting processes

  • You’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and technical accounting

  • Comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership in a changing environment
Desirable
  • Exposure to US entities or US GAAP
