We have a great opportunity for someone to become Controls and ESG manager of this exciting business. This person will ideally be familiar with manufacturing and FMCG companies with a developed controls framework on a medium to large scale. Knowledge around ESG controls and reporting would be a great advantage.
This role, reporting into the Reporting and Compliance Lead, is a prominent compliance role. You will maintain and iteratively improve our ESG reporting and controls across the group. The role is also responsible for our compliance reporting requirements and supporting on our journey to a full SOX controls framework. Both the ESG and controls framework provides great exposure to work externally with our shareholder (Coca-Cola) and internally with the business across Europe to ensure we are addressing all requirements. This role is key in enabling innocent to be a responsible business and ensure we are reporting the right things in the right way.
