Ground Worker / Site Technician
Location: Based in Milton Keynes | Nationwide Travel (Monday–Friday)
Driving Licence Required | ️ CSCS Card Essential

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Ground Worker / Site Technician to join a specialist team delivering innovative ground engineering solutions, across residential, commercial, and industrial sites throughout the UK.
This is a full-time role (45 hours/week) with an immediate start, involving nationwide travel and 2–4 nights away per week. Accommodation and travel allowances are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Site Supervisors in delivering specialist ground engineering techniques
• Injection, drilling, surveying, and ground testing
• Operate and maintain drilling and grouting equipment
• Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading vehicles
• Work outdoors on a variety of building types across the UK

Candidate Requirements:
• Background in construction or understanding of building structures
• Ability to work with tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the week
• Good communication skills and a respectful, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and flexible with early start times
• Clean driving license
• CSCS Card
