We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Ground Floors Kitchen team at 5 Hertford Street, our beautifully appointed private member's club located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
4 day working week between Monday - Saturday. 7 shifts a week on a rota basis. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence. Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.
