A leading retail company in Stoke is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team across multiple food service units. You'll manage staffing, ensure food safety, and drive performance to maintain high standards. The ideal candidate has experience in food service and a passion for team leadership. You'll lead a team of colleagues across multiple food service units, managing everything from staffing and compliance to customer service and operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of each restaurant.
