Greenkeeper - Telford*

Role Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Greenkeeper to join our grounds team.

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful courses and ensuring our facilities— including the driving range—are in top condition for golfers of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of the golf course including mowing, bunker raking, and irrigation
• Upkeep of the driving range and surrounding areas
• Range ball collection using appropriate machinery and manual methods
• Cleaning and servicing of range ball equipment
• Support with landscaping and seasonal course preparation
• Routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Working closely with the Head Greenkeeper and wider golf operations team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in groundskeeping or turf management (golf course experience preferred)
• Familiarity with machinery and safe handling procedures
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required
• A passion for golf and the outdoors
