You will be knowledgeable and provide advice on the ECC (Electronic Communications Code) and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, being able to advise our clients on a wide range of professional work including site relocations, lease renewals and portfolio management. You will also have the opportunity to deliver on large scale energy projects.

  • Be a graduate from an RICS accredited degree.
  • Be committed to professional career development to become an Chartered member of the RICS (MRICS)
  • Have a passion and interest in the built and/or natural environment
  • Have excellent people and communication skills - both verbal and written;
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to identify and solve problems;
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Adopt a consultative approach, able to identify and solve problems;
  • Have the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at any one time, working in a way that is highly agile and responsive to rapidly changing client and site requirements
  • Have access to transport, or be willing to do so by the time you start work, as you will often be required to travel to out of town client sites;
  • Enjoy going out and about in all weathers, travelling across the region or further afield and working outside of the normal 9-5 when required.
What’s in it for me?

Salary: £27,000 per annum. Plus full support towards becoming an Chartered Member of the RICS.

Benefits include enrolment on our award-winning graduate training programme, 25 days holiday and bank holidays, your birthday off after 12 weeks of service, social and sporting activities, annual discretionary bonus, employee assistance programme and money saving shopping portal.
