A leading property consultancy in Manchester is seeking a graduate to join their firm. You will manage your own clients, provide advice on property legislation, and engage in sustainable energy projects. The role offers a salary of £27,000 per annum, support for RICS qualification, and benefits such as 25 days holiday and a hybrid working environment.

You will be working across two teams, Telecoms and Renewable energy. You will be responsible for your own clients & workload, so we’re looking for an ambitious, self-starter who thrives on creating great, long lasting client relationships with land owners. You will be knowledgeable and provide advice on the ECC (Electronic Communications Code) and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, being able to advise our clients on a wide range of professional work including site relocations, lease renewals and portfolio management. You will also have the opportunity to deliver on large scale energy projects.

Salary: £27,000 per annum. Plus full support towards becoming an Chartered Member of the RICS.
