What will you be doing?

Working within the SHEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) team you will support the SHEQ Manager by taking the lead on the Health & Safety element of the role, which will involve the following;

• Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance across our projects
• Integrating within the wider project teams to understand day to day challenges and assist in providing solutions to them
• Working with Thames Water to deliver collaborative approaches to SHEQ
• Embedding SHEQ into the project management lifecycle of project design and delivery
• Highlighting opportunity for safer methods of working and sustainable solutions
• Trending and analysis of key performance data to drive positive SHEQ performance
• Maintenance and adherence to our externally certified management systems

Whilst the role is based out of East London, the role requires you to travel to a variety of sites and offices across London and surrounding areas to support operational teams in the delivery of our projects.
