Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (+ performance-linked OTE)

As a Graduate Researcher, you’ll partner with experienced consultants to deliver high-quality candidate and client work, learn the intricacies of retained and contingent search, and develop deep market knowledge across accountancy, finance, corporate finance, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Researching and mapping high-calibre candidates for senior-level assignments
• Supporting the delivery of retained and contingent searches
• Attending client meetings, pitches, and short-list presentations
• Tracking corporate activity, market trends, and leadership moves
• Managing candidate processes from first contact to placement
