Job Title Graduate Land Project Manager

Location Glascoed (Clwyd)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4 days per week.

Qualifications

Qualification requirements As a minimum requirement you\'ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Studies or Project Management.

Salary

Salary £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you\'ll be doing
  • Delivering project work packages to cost/schedule/quality targets.
  • Collaboration with Functions to define project scope, monitor progress, and address challenges.
  • Communication with customers and senior team-members, customer/supplier relationships.
  • Collaborating on tasks with wider Heavy Munitions aims and objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting project/programme performance for schedule, technical, financial, and quality objectives.
  • Leading problem-solving sessions to pro-actively overcome project issues.
  • Taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Managing risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring work packages / tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and LCM Mandates.
  • Supporting the creation of proposals for follow on tasks/work packages.

The Land Team

Equipping the British Armed Forces and international customers with a range of munitions products, from small arms ammunition through to heavy artillery, tank ammunition, warheads, and payloads with projects including the Challenger 3 Battle Tank.
