This is a brand-new launch for a site in Cambridge - a high-demand site where motivated, polished sales professionals can earn exceptional commission and build a fast-moving pipeline from day one.
PROPERTY EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL.
If you've got estate agency, new homes, residential sales, or luxury retail experience and you love a target-driven, customer-facing environment, this role is built for you.
High earning potential: £30-32k basic + around £24k commission.
New launch = serious sales volume and high-quality buyer enquiries.

Full exposure to the entire sales journey - from enquiry and viewings to sales progression and completion.

Work-life structure: 5 days per week, 10am - 6pm, every weekend on-site, with two consecutive midweek days off.
Manage the full new homes sales cycle, from first enquiry to legal completion.
Conduct show home tours, private viewings, and manage the sales suite at Eddeva Park.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to Cambridge-based buyers.
Handle off-plan sales, reservation paperwork, CRM updates, and sales progression.
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate CRM notes, track leads, and report weekly sales performance.
Support marketing and launch events at the development.
Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or property sales (desirable).
Confident, polished, and excellent at building rapport with buyers.
Customer-focused, organised, and commercially aware.
Comfortable working every weekend - this is when buyers view and sales happen.
Strong communicator with great follow-up and pipeline management skills.
Full UK driving licence and car.
