Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 + 5 weeks holiday, 11% pension, share save scheme, discounts at supermarkets, onsite Gym + SIGNIFICANT TRAINING

Other members of the Quality team have also been trained up so you will be very well supported!

What You’ll Be Learning And Doing
  • How to review customer quality requirements and support engineering/manufacturing teams.
  • Working with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Investigating non-conformances and contributing to corrective action plans.
  • Learning industry problem-solving methods such as root cause analysis and 8D.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, and helping with customer approvals.
  • Gaining experience in ISO9001, AS9100 and other international quality standards.
  • Assisting with product verification, inspection, and certification documentation.
  • Developing skills in data analysis, report writing, and continuous improvement.
