Overview

Graduate Learning Support Assistant role based in a fantastic Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham. This position starts in September 2025 for the full academic year. You will become a key member of the school, supporting its students both inside and outside of the classroom.

You will supervise and support pupils via person-centred and targeted support sessions planned and developed by experienced subject teachers and support staff. The role may involve supporting students with SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments, etc.). Adaptability to tailor your approach to each student is important.

Responsibilities

• Assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
• Working alongside the class teacher and SLT to support identified students
• Holding 1:1 and group interventions with students
• Providing support to SEND students as needed (ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments, etc.)
• September 2025 start – full-time position
• Salary: £105 - £110 per day (term time only) – Hounslow
