Job Title: Graduate Air Information Management and Technology

Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing
  • Monitor IMT performance metrics and liaise with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached without the stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service.
  • Problem solves and assists with the resolution of technical queries by interrogating data and documentation to identify process issues and where possible, provides solutions in support of continuous improvement.
  • Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution using standard procedures and tools to carry out system backups and data restoration.
  • Interacts effectively and confidently with the Customers, Managers and Suppliers as required.
