Excellent opportunity for a Graduate Applications Engineer / Sustaining Engineer to join a leading-edge technology company in the Scottish Highlands, working on innovative hardware solutions with global applications across industries.

This company specialises in the development of automated test systems and is at the forefront of hardware testing solutions. With a strong reputation for reliability and quality, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to add a technically strong, hands-on engineer to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sustaining and supporting the company\'s existing hardware product range. You will diagnose and resolve hardware issues, support RMAs, and work closely with both design and production teams to ensure long-term reliability and performance. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and contributing across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience), excellent debugging and lab-based skills, and a methodical approach to problem solving. You\'ll also be a confident communicator and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role:
  • Support and sustain existing hardware products, ensuring reliability and performance
