Responsibilities

• Assisting with managing the sales ledger function and minimising the risk of bad debt.
• Raising sales invoices and inputting payments received onto the accounts system.
• Monitoring client accounts and ensuring that payment terms and conditions of business are met.
• Dealing with any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are promptly resolved.
• Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing daily banking reports for the Accountant.
• Reducing bad debt by identifying overdue accounts and chasing payments via telephone and email.
