The Role:

As a Graduate Environmental Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering sustainable solutions for our clients. From day one, you’ll be involved in Environmental Impact Assessments, planning and consenting processes, and marine licensing projects. You’ll support investigations, data analysis, and technical assessments across a wide range of projects – from local developments to nationally significant infrastructure. Working alongside experienced specialists, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, develop consultancy and project management skills, and contribute to projects that make a real difference to communities and the environment.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about the environment and eager to make a positive impact. You should have:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in environmental science or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and absorb instructions effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn consultancy and project management skills.
  • An interest in the Marine or Terrestrial environments, including how planning, consenting and environmental assessments shape these areas.
