Location: Chelsea, Central London

Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Salary: £500 – £600 per week

The Opportunity

A welcoming primary school in Chelsea is seeking a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team this September. You’ll play an active role in helping Nursery and Reception pupils develop their communication, social, and early academic skills, while ensuring they feel supported and cared for in their first years at school.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day classroom support across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Lead small group and 1:1 activities in phonics, reading, and early maths
  • Encourage confidence, curiosity, and independence through play-based learning
  • Offer nurturing emotional and social support to pupils
  • Contribute to preparing engaging resources and classroom displays
  • Assist with supervision during break and lunch duties
Candidate Profile
